Salary Range for IT Staff
First Year: Rp.1.5 million - Rp.2.5 million/month
Second Year: Rp. 2 million - Rp. 3 million/month
Third year: Rp. 2.5 million - Rp.3.5 million/month
Fourth year: Rp. 3 million - Rp.4 million/month
Your actual salary will be subject to your education level, experience, and skills. It is still negotiable!
Working Days & Hours
Monday - Friday: 08.00 - 17.00 OR 07.00 - 16.00 OR 09.00 - 18.00
Saturday: 07.00 - 12.00 (No traffic)
The starting working hour can be made flexible depending on your distance to travel.

Requirements for IT Staff
1. Working experience is NOT necessary because you will get a lot of training!
2. Male / Female (17 - 27 years old)
3. Graduate of SMA/SMK/D3/S1 (Fresh Graduate is Welcomed!)
4. Own a motorcycle for your daily transportation.
5. Able to type fast with 10 fingers (Company Standard: 40 WPM)

Don't worry if your WPM is a little bit below 40, we will train you to achieve 40 WPM.
6. FAST LEARNER and self-motivated to learn a LOT of things!
Due to the complexity of some software, it is very difficult to train a slow learner.
7. Good English for reading and listening. NO need to speak English.
8. Able to work UNsupervised because 90% of the time, the Project Manager is outside the office.
Job Descriptions for IT Staff
1. Data Entry & Online Research (sorting, insertion, manipulation, & mining)
2. Edit photos & films with Photoshop and Premiere. (We will TRAIN you!)
3. Perform content update & maintenance for the company websites & blogs.
4. Miscellaneous administration works including performing some basic helps for the Graphics Designer, Web Developer/Programmer, Content Manager, SEO Master, and Project Manager.
Office Location:
Green Garden, Kedoya, Jakarta Barat
Close to Pesing area, Indovision on Jl.Panjang, Tanjung Duren, & CitraLand mall in Grogol.
If you live so far away from our office, then you must be willing to rent a room around Green Garden area to save money and time in your daily transportation.
If it takes 1.5 - 2 hours to get to our office then it is considered "far away".
Maybe you can make a daily round trip of 3 - 4 hours on the motorcycle for the first 3 months but after that, people will get tired/burned out and it will affect your job performance.
